Kathy joined us in 2013. As the Director of Client Services, she is the smile that greets you when you enter our office. You will work with Kathy for service and operations-from finding a time to meet
with someone on our team to working together to complete new account opening paperwork. She will be your guide through the process. Kathy brings 20+ years of financial services, client services & anagement experience to the team.
Kathy and her husband Jeff live in Cedar Falls, they have 2 grown children, both married, and an
amazing granddaughter. They enjoy spending time with the family & being outdoors, biking or
walking their Goldendoodles. She is an Iowa native, and an Iowa Hawkeye fan. Although she prefers
the sun and sand, boating on the Mississippi or traveling to a beach in the Caribbean; Fall and Iowa
Football are a very close 2nd.
